By accessing Canopy’s website, forms, or portals, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- For clients: If you access or use our client portal, the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Addendum (DPA) will also apply.
- For candidates: If you access or use our talent portal, the Talent Pool Terms will apply in addition to these Terms.
2) Services described (informational only)
The site describes Remote Hiring and Managed Services; any actual engagement is governed by a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) (clients) or Talent Pool Terms (candidates). The website itself provides no guarantees of placement, availability, or outcomes.
3) Acceptable use
You will not misuse the site (no scraping beyond robots.txt, no reverse engineering, malware, or unauthorized access). We may suspend access for violations.
4) Intellectual property
All site content is owned by Canopy/its licensors. You may not reproduce or exploit content except as permitted. Trademarks and logos belong to their owners.
5) Feedback
If you submit ideas or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them without obligation.
6) Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”; we disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
7) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; total liability for site use is capped at £100 / $100 / ₵ equivalent.
